Part 107 Prep does not collect your personal data. There is no account to create, no server that stores your identity, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and nothing is sold or shared. Your study progress lives on your device, which we cannot see.
Part 107 Prep: Drone Test (the “App”) is published by 余夕（上海）网络科技有限公司 (Yuxi (Shanghai) Network Technology Co., Ltd.) (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information. It applies only to the App, not to any third-party service you may separately use (such as Apple’s App Store).
We designed the App to work without knowing who you are. Specifically, the App does not:
Because the App does not track you across apps or websites, it does not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
The App stores your learning data locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database (SwiftData). This includes your practice answers, review schedule, mock-exam results, and your Readiness Score. This data stays on your device — it is not uploaded to us or to any server. Deleting the App removes it.
The App offers one optional, one-time purchase — the Single-Exam Pass (a non-consumable, not a subscription) that unlocks the full question bank, unlimited mock exams, AI explanations, and your Readiness Score. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID. The App only checks Apple’s purchase receipt on your device to unlock features, and offers a Restore Purchases option that asks Apple to re-confirm an existing purchase.
AI explanations and follow-up answers are generated entirely on your device using Apple’s built-in models (Apple Foundation Models) on supported devices (iPhone with Apple Intelligence, iOS 26+). Nothing you type or read is sent to us or to any server — there is no AI cloud service behind the App.
On devices without on-device AI, each question still shows a written explanation with its cited FAA source; no network request is made to produce it.
The App is a professional exam-prep tool for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, this exposure is minimal.
Since we don’t collect or hold your personal data on any server, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. You are always in control:
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights over personal data. As we do not collect personal data, we have none to provide, correct, or delete — but you can always contact us with questions.
If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
